MEA Security Manager

About the role

The MEA Security Manager will lead corporate security initiatives across the Middle East and Africa region, based in Dubai. This role ensures the protection of people, assets, and the company’s reputation while supporting legal and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional security strategy and corporate directives for the MEA zone.
• Maintain 24/7 readiness to respond to incidents, crime, fraud, and emergencies.
• Act as a trusted security advisor to senior executives and serve as the primary contact for travel‑security matters.
• Engage with business leaders to embed security considerations into operations and strengthen overall resilience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law‑enforcement, security service providers, embassies, and other external partners.
• Conduct on‑site security assessments in high‑risk locations and lead due‑diligence reviews of outsourced security providers.
• Support the EMEA Regional Security Manager in all comprehensive security responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or regional security management, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of travel security, incident response, and crisis management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region, including high‑risk destinations.
