Media Manager

About the role

As a Media Manager you will lead the development and execution of media plans for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with senior leadership to align agency and client KPIs while delivering innovative, data‑driven media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive media strategies across traditional and digital channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate client objectives into actionable media plans.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships, ensuring clear communication and strong rapport.
• Mentor junior planning staff and oversee quality control of all media planning deliverables.
• Own project ownership for media strategy, consumer insights, competitive analysis, media selection, budgeting and cost‑efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the advertising and media industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience guiding and developing junior team members.

Required skills

• MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Media planning and buying tools: Z/X Plan, Statex, Global Web Index (GWI), Euromonitor, WARC, SimilarWeb.
• Digital advertising platforms: DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
