Medical Sales Specialist - Pharmacies

About the role

CBC International is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Specialist to promote its skincare and healthcare portfolio within UAE pharmacies. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary link between the company and pharmacy decision‑makers, driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned pharmacy accounts.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and purchasing teams.
• Generate orders, monitor stock availability, and ensure product movement.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for pharmacy staff.
• Ensure product visibility through merchandising and promotional activities.
• Support product launches, pharmacy activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Provide regular sales, market, and account performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably within pharmacies, skincare, dermocosmetics, OTC, or healthcare.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven with solid knowledge of the UAE pharmacy market.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
