MEP Electrical Supervisor

About the role

The primary responsibility of the MEP Electrical Supervisor is to direct and supervise electrical installation activities in a substation, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and progress is monitored closely. This role supports the Al Rostamani Group’s commitment to delivering high‑quality infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate BOQ for electrical and mechanical materials required for the work.
• Plan and monitor manpower utilisation, work progress and adherence to schedules.
• Allocate man‑power and material resources to optimise budget usage.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks covering procedures, tool usage, safety and hazard response.
• Ensure proper documentation and installation drawings are used and updated on site.
• Supervise the work performed by reportees, guaranteeing quality delivery.
• Provide inputs during planning and review meetings and assist other supervisors.
• Prepare daily progress reports.

Required profile

• Vocational or advanced vocational diploma in the electrical field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a power distribution/transmission company.
• At least 1‑2 years of supervisory experience managing manpower.
• Hands‑on experience in electrical installation work.
• Knowledge of hand tools and machines required for effective execution.
