MEP Project/Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project/Site Engineer to lead daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on construction sites. You will ensure that all MEP works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, local regulations, and contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily MEP activities, conduct site inspections and ensure work quality.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, coordinate procurement, delivery and installation of MEP materials and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with company HSE policies, identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain site records, daily and progress reports, RFIs, material submittals and method statements.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑fighting and ELV systems.

Required profile

• Ability to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and local authority regulations.
• Capability to coordinate procurement, delivery and installation of MEP materials.
• Experience preparing RFIs, submittals, method statements and progress documentation.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements on construction sites.
