METAC Partner Sales Director

About the role

The METAC Partner Sales Director will lead Cisco’s channel strategy across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and CIS. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape growth plans, strengthen the partner ecosystem and ensure Cisco’s technology portfolio reaches customers throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the METAC channel strategy, translating Cisco priorities into measurable regional growth plans.
• Develop strategic relationships with partners, enabling them to sell the full Cisco portfolio and expand their businesses.
• Drive revenue targets, program management and governance through disciplined planning, performance tracking and operating cadence.
• Engage and influence partners and internal stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, product and executive teams to align on objectives and deliver results.

Required profile

• Proven success developing and executing channel sales strategies in the METAC region with deep understanding of market dynamics and partner landscapes.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including experience with sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline analysis and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix organization, influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building credibility with senior executives and partners.
• Background that spans both business strategy and technology sales, able to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
