Mid Market Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

Deliveroo is a technology‑driven food delivery company that partners with restaurants to grow their business. As a Mid Market Account Manager in Dubai you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our most important restaurant partners and driving mutual growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑volume and global restaurant brands.
• Oversee day‑to‑day relationships with key restaurant partners.
• Analyse performance data to identify growth and profitability opportunities for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and other teams to launch new projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industry, preferably restaurant or sales.
• Strong ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable stories.
• Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative, team‑player attitude.
• Passion for building relationships and thriving in a fast‑changing environment.
• Knowledge of the restaurant sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
