Minibar Attendant

About the role

The Minibar Attendant ensures that each guest’s in‑room minibar is fully stocked, clean, and ready to use, delivering a seamless luxury experience at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and replenish private bar items, accurately compute and relay guest charges to the Front Office.
• Maintain accurate par levels for beverages, snacks, and ancillary items such as menu cards, napkins, and straws.
• Clean and maintain in‑room minibars, reporting any damage or malfunction.
• Check quality and expiration dates of all items, discarding and replacing as needed.
• Assist with room‑service tray removal and delivery of in‑room amenities.
• Work collaboratively with co‑workers and supervisors while adhering to Four Seasons’ work rules and standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Working knowledge of food, wines, and spirits.
• College or university degree is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to count and record accurately.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
