MNC Sales Director

About the role

The MNC Sales Director will be based in Dubai and serve as the designated Allianz Trade representative within the fronting partner ADNIC. In this position you will lead the growth of Allianz Trade’s multinational business across the UAE, manage a strategic banking portfolio and ensure high‑quality delivery of multinational programs throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑business growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets for multinational accounts.
• Develop and execute local commercial strategies to expand the portfolio and improve profitability.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with brokers, banking institutions and corporate clients.
• Act as the primary local contact for ADNIC‑related programs, overseeing policy implementation, renewals and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk, operations, account management and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Support governance, compliance and regulatory requirements linked to the ADNIC partnership.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities and contribute to strategic projects.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC business environment, including multinational corporations and corporate risk management.
• Proven experience in business development, banking portfolio ownership and commercial underwriting.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, matrix‑ed international setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
