About the role
We are seeking a proactive Mortgage Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will guide clients through the UAE mortgage landscape, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement, ensuring a transparent and client‑first experience.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on the most suitable UAE mortgage solutions for resale and handover properties.
- Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage process, from lead generation to final disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams to secure approvals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance, and follow up promptly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while building strong, lasting client relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage sales experience in the UAE.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Confident in advisory selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Target‑driven, persuasive, and client‑focused mindset.
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
