MS Dynamics CRM Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will drive end‑to‑end CRM projects, from planning and analysis through design, build, testing and deployment, ensuring high‑quality solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases: planning, analysis, design, development, testing and rollout.
• Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Improve development, testing and release processes for efficiency.
• Implement complex customisations, integrations and migrations from on‑premises to cloud.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and cost‑effectively.
• Produce technical documentation, track risks and mitigate technical debt.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of MS Dynamics CRM experience, including at least 5 years as a CRM consultant.
• At least two end‑to‑end implementations across different industries.
• Two Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Sales, Field Service, Customer Service).
• Proven experience with CRM Cloud and on‑premises environments and migration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
