Native Arabic Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level Arabic Supply Chain Manager to join our Dubai team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability while driving cost efficiency and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand and sales data to create accurate supply plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor stock levels, manage procurement cycles, and optimise inventory to prevent loss.
• Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement process improvements and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare performance reports, track key supply chain metrics, and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role, preferably within the GCC.
• Native‑level Arabic proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple priorities.
