Native Turkish‑Speaking Telesales & Front Desk Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer‑oriented native Turkish‑speaking professional to join our Business Bay office in Dubai. The role combines outbound telesales with front‑desk duties, making you the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce OME Real Estate’s services and investment opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real‑estate agents.
• Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Offer refreshments and ensure a positive office experience.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow‑up and communication.

Required profile

• Native Turkish speaker (mandatory).
• Good English communication skills (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience using CRM software (mandatory).
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, reception, customer service, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Currently based in the UAE.
