NOC Engineer – Dubai

About the role

The role involves handling applications, submissions, follow‑ups and approvals for No Objection Certificates (NOCs) with various Dubai and UAE authorities. The NOC Engineer works closely with consultants, contractors, clients and government bodies to ensure timely permit acquisition for construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit NOC applications through official authority portals such as DEWA, RTA, DDA, Dubai Municipality, DCM, Etisalat and DU.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients and government authorities throughout the approval process.
• Track submitted applications, follow up until approval, and manage revisions based on authority comments.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, correspondence and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with authority regulations, requirements and submission procedures.
• Provide project teams with regular updates on NOC status and required approvals.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in NOC engineering or a similar authority‑approval role.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA, RTA, DDA, Dubai Municipality, DCM, Etisalat and DU government portal procedures.
• Ability to prepare, review and submit technical documents required for NOC applications.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction, infrastructure and authority approval processes in Dubai.
