Nursery Assistant

About the role

Intelligent Partners is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our early childhood team in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with children, supporting their daily activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with children at all times.
• Treat each child with respect and accommodate individual differences.
• Encourage creativity and imaginative play.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all children.
• Share resources and information with staff and parents.
• Participate in recommended training sessions.
• Attend regular staff meetings.
• Foster a supportive, cooperative team atmosphere.
• Respect fellow staff members and act as a team player.
