Nursing Director – IVF

About the role

The Nursing Director – IVF will lead nursing and allied health services across three regions, ensuring high‑quality, compliant patient care in a fast‑growing IVF centre. This senior position reports to senior management and works closely with all clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing teams.
• Drive a culture of quality care and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement and monitor the nursing strategic plan to meet clinical and operational goals.
• Oversee patient safety and risk management processes.
• Plan and manage workforce resources to balance clinical quality with operational efficiency.
• Build sustainable relationships to enhance patient experience and integrated care.
• Mentor, coach and supervise learners and nursing staff to foster a learning environment.

Required profile

• Licensed or eligible registered nurse in the UAE.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or related field (desired).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience (Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director) in an IVF centre.
• At least 5 years of clinical IVF experience.

Required skills

• Data analysis and interpretation for quality improvement.
• Application of financial controls and budget monitoring.
• Implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of medical‑legal and disaster‑management processes.
• Project management principles.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
