OEM Enterprise Manager – UAE

About the role

NVIDIA is looking for an experienced OEM Enterprise Manager to drive enterprise revenue growth across the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with NVIDIA leadership, OEM partners, and regional sales teams to expand the AI‑focused ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enterprise business growth in the UAE through enablement, training, pipeline development, and channel execution.
• Collaborate with OEM partners to manage funnel development, pipeline progression, and revenue performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Lead enterprise and channel teams within partner organizations, implementing strategic programs alongside NVIDIA channel teams.
• Align regional initiatives with NVIDIA global OEM and channel strategies.
• Enable OEM teams to position and sell NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies for hardware and software solutions aligned with NVIDIA’s key initiatives.
• Connect OEMs, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen execution and business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, business reporting, and pipeline transparency across the region.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise OEM sales and channel experience within the AI industry, preferably in the UAE or broader Middle East.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven success driving business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution in OEM environments.
• Strong understanding of the UAE enterprise and channel ecosystem, including relationships with leading OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead a sophisticated partner ecosystem and build positive relationships with senior executives and C‑level stakeholders.
