Off-Plan Sales Team Leader

About the role

KATAL Property Investment is looking for an experienced Off‑Plan Sales Team Leader to drive performance of its property consultants in Abu Dhabi. You will lead, motivate and develop a team, ensuring targets are met while maintaining strong relationships with leading developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of off‑plan property consultants.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular coaching, training and project briefing sessions.
• Support agents during client meetings, negotiations and deal closures.
• Monitor leads, CRM activity, sales pipelines and conversion rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and sales managers.
• Keep the team updated on new launches, pricing, payment plans and incentives.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline and performance reports.
• Participate in project launches, exhibitions, roadshows and property events.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate sales experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and closing transactions.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a real‑estate sales team.
• Strong knowledge of major Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
