Office Administrator – Dubai

About the role

Join Sony Music Entertainment’s Middle East hub as an Office Administrator, ensuring the Dubai office runs smoothly and supports the executive team. You will handle day‑to‑day operations, government paperwork, and provide high‑level assistance to the Managing Director and visiting artists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office facilities, supplies, IT and cleaning vendors, deliveries, PO Box, parking bookings and catering for meetings.
• Oversee government and PRO tasks including visa applications, trade licence renewals, Free‑Zone processing, RTA cards, permits and insurance renewals.
• Support the Managing Director with travel arrangements, expense reporting (Concur), VIP handling, gifting and marketing event coordination.

Required profile

• Previous experience in office administration, PRO services or executive support within a fast‑paced, creative environment, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to manage a varied workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Concur expense management system.
