Office Administrator

About the role

Sony Music ME is seeking an Office Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations of its Dubai office, handling everything from facilities management to executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day office operations, including kitchen and office supplies, IT and cleaning services, deliveries, PO Box monitoring, parking bookings, and meeting refreshments.
• Manage government and PRO administration such as visa applications and renewals, free‑zone processing, trade licence and establishment card renewals, RTA card applications, permits, and insurance renewals.
• Raise purchase orders and support legal administrative tasks.
• Provide MD and executive support, including travel and expense management via Concur, VIP handling for artists and partners, gifting, and assistance with marketing events.
• Coordinate office events and external visitor logistics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in office administration, PRO or executive support within a fast‑paced, modern, creative environment, preferably in the UAE.
• Good character, strong team spirit, and an obsession with detail.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload and navigate UAE government and free‑zone systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Concur for expense management.
