Office & Business Operations Manager

About the role

ESSURA is seeking a Business Operations Manager for its Dubai office. This hands‑on role sits at the centre of the company’s day‑to‑day operations, covering ISO management, bid coordination, office administration and a portion of HR support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to the week’s priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve ESSURA’s ISO‑accredited management system (document control, audits, compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 18001).
• Coordinate bid and business‑development activities, manage templates and produce client‑ready submissions using Adobe InDesign.
• Provide day‑to‑day office administration for the Dubai office, including travel arrangements, meeting logistics, commercial processes and internal communications.
• Support the Head of HR with onboarding, employee records and routine HR administration.
• Manage insurance and compliance data, maintain records and handle required submissions.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE and able to work full‑time from the Dubai Media City office.
• Experience with ISO management systems or similar quality‑and‑safety frameworks.
• Background in bid coordination, business support or office administration.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written English and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Experience in consultancy, engineering or professional services is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Adobe InDesign for creating polished, client‑ready documents.
