About the role
We are looking for an Officer IT Help Desk & Support to provide first‑level assistance for IT incidents and service requests in our Abu Dhabi office. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, managing user access and ensuring smooth operation of desktop environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level support for IT incidents and service requests.
- Log and track issues using ITSM tools such as ManageEngine.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Support users with system access, VPN and email issues.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops and printers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant IT teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Developer, Oracle, AWS) are an advantage.
