Open Hiring Day 2026 – Multiple Hospitality Roles in Dubai

About the role

GOAT Group is hosting an Open Hiring Day on 15 September 2026 to recruit a wide range of hospitality staff for its restaurants and upcoming events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Candidates will be considered for front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house positions across several brands, including Steak On Me, GOAT Burger and the central kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests efficiently as waiters/waitresses or hostesses.
• Prepare and serve non‑alcoholic beverages, mocktails and specialty drinks.
• Assist chefs in food preparation, cooking and kitchen organization.
• Run food orders from kitchen to tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Support overall restaurant operations during busy service periods.

Required profile

• Both genders are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced level of experience in hospitality or related fields.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
