About the role

NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta is hosting an Open Interview Day on 29 August 2026. The event offers candidates the chance to meet the hiring team in person and apply for a variety of positions across guest services, food & beverage, kitchen and technical departments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in front‑office and service roles.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialized Teppanyaki and all‑day dining operations.
• Support kitchen operations as Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef, or Commis.
• Maintain cleanliness and service standards as Steward.
• Provide technical support for audio‑visual equipment.
• Assist in people and culture initiatives and sales coordination.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Open to all genders.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency (required for Guest Services Center Agent).
• Culinary techniques and food preparation skills (required for kitchen roles).
• AV equipment operation and troubleshooting (required for AV Technician).
