About the role
As an Operations Associate you will deliver exceptional guest experiences at Miral Experiences’ attractions, guiding visitors and ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide an overview of the attraction.
- Assist guests with navigation, directions and answer questions.
- Enforce exhibition rules, monitor behavior and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve inquiries and ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility.
- Communicate upcoming events, exhibitions and promotions to visitors.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for art and technology.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- UAE national status (as indicated in the title).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications to a good standard.
