Operations Manager – Dubai Mall

About the role

As the Operations Manager for the Louis Vuitton store at Dubai Mall, you will oversee product flow, stock control, loss prevention, facilities and health & safety. You will lead the stock team and collaborate with store management to optimise operations, supporting sales and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the stock team, set goals and manage performance.
• Manage product flow from delivery to shop floor, optimise processes such as rotative counts and geographic placement.
• Develop and monitor stock KPIs, implement initiatives to reduce loss and improve inventory accuracy.
• Partner with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless replenishment and address operational issues.
• Ensure security procedures, health & safety standards and incident reporting are adhered to.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Country office and regional Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to convey company vision and policies.
• Commitment to health, safety and security standards.
