About the role

Step into the position of Operations Manager for the glamping division of Dubai Holding Entertainment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within a high‑profile hospitality environment that forms part of Dubai’s leading tourism and leisure portfolio. Dubai Holding Entertainment operates a portfolio of world‑class attractions such as Ain Dubai, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Coca‑Cola Arena, Roxy Cinemas, The Green Planet and a leading radio network, positioning the glamping offering within a vibrant tourism ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the glamping sites, ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

At least 24 months (2 years) of relevant experience in hospitality or operations management.
