Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the daily administrative functions of Cosmesurge Hospital Umm Suqeim, ensuring seamless patient registration, admissions, medical records, billing, collections, scheduling, discharge, and call‑center operations. This role guarantees compliance with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA, DOH, MOHAP) and supports high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hospital administration and coordinate day‑to‑day operations across all departments.
• Support leadership in strategic planning, financial governance, KPI monitoring, budget control and revenue enhancement.
• Manage the complete Revenue Cycle Management process for both outpatient and inpatient services, including billing, insurance approvals, coding, claim submission and collection.
• Supervise the Medical Records Department, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and regulatory reporting (DHA Statistical Reports, DARS).
• Optimize scheduling of doctors, staff, facilities and operation theatres to maximize utilization.
• Drive digital transformation, automation initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA, DOH, MOHAP) and hospital policies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue cycle, billing, insurance and medical records functions.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and KPI analysis.
• Leadership capability to supervise multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
