Operations Manager – Piling & Foundations

About the role

Royal Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of piling and foundation projects across its large‑scale development portfolio in Dubai. The role ensures safe, on‑time and cost‑effective delivery while adhering to engineering specifications, quality standards and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of piling and foundation works, including bored piles, driven piles, CFA and shoring.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, materials and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, schedules and costs.
• Supervise the use of piling rigs, cranes and other construction equipment to maximise utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and project‑related issues.
• Track project budgets, productivity and overall profitability.
• Prepare regular progress and operational reports for management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 15–20+ years of experience in piling/foundation construction.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong communication, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
