Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

As the Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics you will oversee end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics activities at Ingram Micro’s fast‑paced, multinational site in Dubai. Your leadership will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient product flow to partners and customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day inbound, outbound and inventory operations, maintaining safety, compliance and service excellence.
• Coach, develop and manage a diverse team of supervisors and frontline associates, fostering accountability and continuous growth.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, identifying cost‑efficiency opportunities and improving ROI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement and Customer Service to align operations with broader business objectives.
• Oversee third‑party logistics providers and external partners, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse and logistics operations in a high‑growth, multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse operational teams.
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
