Operations & Office Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Office Coordinator is the administrative and operational hub for Ladurée’s regional leadership team. Working closely with the Regional Operations Director, Operations Manager and heads of culinary, quality, marketing and training, the role ensures seamless communication, efficient processes and consistent execution of daily activities across all stores.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and logistical support to regional management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and maintaining follow‑up trackers.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between stores and the regional office, handling territory‑wide updates and documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration between savory and pastry teams to manage recipes, menu updates and product launches.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with documentation, reporting and audit follow‑up to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the Regional Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, product launches and in‑store activations while ensuring brand consistency.
• Work with the Training Manager to organise training programmes, track completion and ensure compliance.
• Oversee onboarding processes in partnership with HR, Operations and Training.
• Assist the FS CEO with any administrative requests as needed.

• Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering results.
• Experience in coordinating projects within a retail or food‑service environment is advantageous.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
