Operations Support Executive – Arabic Speaker (dubizzle Cars)

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are iconic homegrown brands that connect millions of users across the UAE. As an Operations Support Executive for dubizzle Cars, you will support the sales team by simplifying processes, handling inquiries and providing essential administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales inquiries, respond to customer requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Set up classified car packages, generate payment links and maintain the client database ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Act as liaison between the sales team and other departments to expedite sales processes and resolve issues.
• Schedule and manage photography requests for vehicle listings.
• Continuously seek and implement improvements to sales support processes and overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Minimum secondary education.
• 1–2 years experience in sales support or customer support.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, result‑driven and able to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems.
