Operations & Travel Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Travel Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. The role supports day‑to‑day operations across multiple projects and locations, ensuring smooth coordination of travel, administration, suppliers and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, transfers and per diems.
• Manage travel budgets and maintain accurate records of expenses.
• Provide administrative and operational support to project teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Track contracts, invoices and operational documentation.
• Maintain internal trackers and keep information up to date.
• Assist with logistics for events and business activities.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, administration, travel coordination or project support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
