Organizational Development Executive

About the role

The Organizational Development Executive will partner with senior leadership to design and implement frameworks that strengthen Al Barakah Group’s structure, policies, and processes. This position drives performance management, competency modeling, and employee development to support strategic goals across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organization‑wide OD strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve performance management frameworks and appraisal processes.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process‑improvement initiatives.
• Conduct workforce planning and talent‑gap analyses for all subsidiaries.
• Create competency models and clear career development pathways.
• Facilitate change‑management programs, including communication and training plans.
• Advise senior management on organizational structure redesign recommendations.
• Monitor, report, and assess OD metrics, KPIs, and impact.
• Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development initiatives.
• Support rollout of employee engagement and retention programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development, performance management, or related HR functions.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale change and process‑improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
