Outdoor Sales Consultant – Home Appliances (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Consultant specializing in home appliances. The role is field‑based in the UAE, focusing on generating revenue, building relationships with kitchen dealers and commercial clients, and expanding the brand’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research and generate high‑quality sales leads, arranging appointments with dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape companies and furniture stores.
• Conduct professional product presentations and assist dealers in setting up product displays.
• Maintain a weekly visit schedule to kitchen dealers, building and sustaining long‑lasting relationships while expanding the client database.
• Negotiate and close sales, collect LPOs, monitor deliveries, manage returns/exchanges and follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and track competitor activities and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant UAE sales experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent Arabic communication skills.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation abilities with a target‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated, highly organised and capable of building lasting client relationships.
