Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our presence in the UAE construction market. You will be responsible for generating new business and promoting a wide range of building‑material products through direct field visits.

Key responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, contractors, interior designers, consultants, architects and potential customers to generate new business.
• Promote and sell tiles, SPC flooring, wall panels, sintered stone and other building materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Generate leads through outdoor visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and produce regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Required profile

• Motivated, energetic and target‑oriented.
• Previous experience in outdoor sales of building materials, tiles, flooring or related products is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and an existing customer network is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
