Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

Quick Roadways Transport is a passenger transportation company serving the UAE market. We are seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to develop business opportunities and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, and other organisations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients and business partners across Dubai.
• Present transportation services, prepare proposals and explain service benefits.
• Arrange client meetings, conduct sales visits and maintain an organised prospect pipeline.
• Build long‑term relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, hotels and event‑related customers.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support accurate quotations and smooth service delivery.
• Track market activity, competitor offerings, sales results and customer feedback, and prepare regular sales updates.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to perform outdoor sales, business development or field‑based account acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional follow‑up habits with accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations and results.
• Understanding of corporate sales, travel trade, hospitality or passenger transportation markets is beneficial.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, well‑organized and comfortable working independently in the field.
