Outlet Manager

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles The Palm Dubai as an Outlet Manager. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead the outlet’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise all outlet staff.
• Develop and maintain training programmes to raise staff professionalism.
• Oversee day‑to‑day outlet operations, including service delivery and product quality.
• Handle guest complaints and execute effective service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage policies, procedures and accounting practices.
• Maintain full product knowledge across the team.
• Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage quality.
• Hold monthly one‑to‑one staff meetings to set targets, monitor performance and update logs.
• Run daily role‑plays and enforce adherence to service standards.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Experience creating and delivering training programmes.
• Proven capability to manage outlet operations in a luxury setting.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for guest complaint resolution.
• Attention to detail in quality inspection and accounting procedures.
• Effective communication for staff meetings and performance monitoring.
