Outlet Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professional to lead one of our hotel’s restaurants. Based at Beach Rotana Hotel, the Outlet Manager will ensure top‑quality service, guest satisfaction, and achievement of financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules according to forecasts and staffing guidelines.
• Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs.
• Evaluate team performance and drive internal development and promotions.
• Oversee timely set‑up of the outlet for each service period.
• Welcome and seat guests with the assistance of the hostess.
• Maintain professional, friendly relationships with patrons and manage a database of regular guests.
• Tour the outlet and related areas to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Participate actively in promotional activities for the outlet.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar outlet management role.
• Computer literate with strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
