Outlet Manager – Sunvibe (Pool & Beach)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead Sunvibe, its pool and beach venue. You will oversee all operational and administrative aspects, ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience for guests in a prime oceanfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the pool and beach outlet, adapting focus based on business volume.
• Enforce operational standards, SOPs and quality measures consistently.
• Supervise cleanliness and maintenance, conducting regular walk‑throughs with engineering and housekeeping teams.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menu planning, pricing and promotional events to maximise revenue.
• Oversee reservations and optimise seating capacity.
• Analyse service quality audits, guest feedback and incident reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Forecast demand and plan manpower, equipment and supplies efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a high‑end food & beverage outlet, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on maintaining immaculate environments.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality control in hospitality.
• Menu development and pricing coordination.
• Reservation and capacity management.
• Ability to analyse guest feedback and implement action plans.
