About the role
As a Fashion Consultant for Ferragamo at Dubai Mall, you will represent a leading luxury brand and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Working part‑time, you will contribute to achieving both individual and store sales targets while supporting key customer‑relationship initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets and drive sell‑through in the store.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Maintain omni‑channel client relationships and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
- Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and keep up‑to‑date with app offerings.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social‑media campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with visual‑merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs.
- Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support CRM/CX initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
