About the role

Our client, a prestigious watch and jewelry boutique in Dubai, is looking for a part-time Luxury Watch and Jewelry Specialist. You will work directly with high-end clientele, offering expert advice on an exclusive collection of timepieces and fine jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual standards and ensure merchandise is displayed impeccably.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle after-sales service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury watch and jewellery trends.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury watches and jewellery with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work part-time in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of high-end watch brands and jewellery.
