Part-Time Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National to join Al Futtaim Automotive’s Toyota & Lexus showroom as a part-time Receptionist and Guest Relations Officer. The role is based in Dubai and involves being the first point of contact for visitors to the service centre and showroom, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers entering the showroom or service centre.
• Connect visitors with the appropriate executive or department promptly.
• Manage the reception area, including phone calls and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure a seamless and pleasant customer journey from arrival to departure.
• Provide courteous send-offs, leaving guests feeling valued.

Required profile

• UAE National holding a Family Book (mandatory).
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Customer-service experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably Excel.
