Partner Relationship Manager – Dubai

About the role

Exness is looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to join its Dubai team. You will be the main point of contact for existing and prospective partners, ensuring they receive top‑class service and support throughout their journey with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between partners and Exness, handling inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.
• Educate partners on Exness platforms, introduce new tools and features, and guide them toward desired outcomes.
• Maintain partner satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of partners through acquisition, retention, and upselling.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to shape partner‑specific strategies.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, attend industry events, and represent Exness at client meetings and business trips.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management or partner relationship roles.
• Strong understanding of fintech or brokerage markets.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of partners and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
