Partnership Consultant – B2B

About the role

We are seeking a Partnership Consultant to join our B2B Revenue team in Dubai. The role focuses on driving business growth by building and managing relationships with channel partners and business‑setup consultants across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business‑setup firms and consultants.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with partners and record activities in the CRM system.
• Train and support consultants on company formation, free‑zone regulations, packages and processes.
• Resolve partner challenges and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Attend networking events to expand the partner network and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide insights to the team.
• Prepare sales and performance reports as required.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership, channel sales or business‑setup consultancy.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and converting prospects into revenue.
• Experience working with business‑setup consultants, channel partners or corporate services firms in the UAE.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills and self‑motivation.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
