Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Partnerships Manager will own and grow Chalhoub Group’s portfolio of strategic partnerships across luxury retail. You will be responsible for the full partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and execution to performance optimisation and renewal, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day performance of all partnership initiatives.
• Develop, launch and monitor tactical campaigns with strategic partners throughout the year.
• Prioritise and execute partnership deliverables based on business impact and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve measurable results.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, optimisation and renewal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in partnership, business development or account management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align initiatives with brand objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
