About the role
The Parts Advisor will support customers in identifying the exact parts they need for their Freelander vehicles. You will guide them through cost‑benefit purchasing decisions, helping to retain customers and drive parts sales across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately assess customer part requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide cost‑benefit analysis to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and increase parts revenue.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of vehicle parts.
- Experience in a sales or advisory role within the automotive sector is preferred.
