Parts Advisor – Toyota

About the role

Al-Futtaim Motors is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its Toyota team in Dubai‑Al Badia. You will be the face of the parts division, guiding customers through a seamless experience at both the retail counter and workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by upselling, controlling discounts and promoting accessories to meet monthly targets.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by consulting on parts needs and following recommended maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with Job Controllers and Service Advisors to keep customers informed about parts availability, quotations and vehicle progress.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, company policies and distributor programmes to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Manage sale orders and reservations to optimise stock levels, maximise revenue and mitigate financial risk.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer data in SAP for effective data management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in spare parts sales within the automotive industry.
• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities.
• Familiarity with automotive parts catalogues.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
