Payroll Manager

About the role

GMG is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end‑to‑end payroll operations for its group employees across multiple geographies. The role ensures timely, accurate and compliant payroll processing while driving standardisation and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full payroll cycle for all GMG locations using SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Define and enforce robust controls, reconciliation checks and audit‑ready procedures.
• Compile, validate and integrate payroll data from attendance, leave, incentives and statutory sources.
• Oversee payroll runs, simulations, final settlements, banking processes and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with HRBP, onboarding/off‑boarding, Finance, GR and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead payroll transformation initiatives, process optimisation and system enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑country payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, governance and data integrity.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
