Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition manages the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from requisition through offer. The role ensures sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments and onboarding are aligned with organisational policies and UAE labour laws while delivering a positive candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs, create job postings and develop recruitment plans within approved budgets.
• Publish vacancies on internal and external platforms, including career portals, job boards and social media.
• Source candidates via CV databases, referrals, agencies and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics with line managers and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Administer assessments, psychometric tests or technical evaluations where required.
• Prepare offer letters, obtain salary approvals and manage the final offer process.
• Support pre‑employment verification, reference checks, credential validation and background screening.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and reports to monitor progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional HR/recruitment certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in UAE healthcare or large corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and healthcare sector regulations.
